Turin has developed, in the field of Street Art, since the late 1990s, a rich heritage of experiences, projects and achievements that distinguishes it as one of the European capitals of urban art.

In Italy, Street Art has experienced remarkable growth in recent years, both in terms of the quality of the artists involved and the territorial expansion of the phenomenon. From Bologna to Rome, from Turin to Palermo, and even in the small villages of the Apennines.

In Turin, the public administration has implemented complex urban rehabilitation programs, with particular attention paid to the effects of deindustrialization and urban regeneration. For this reason, during our Turin Street Art tour, we will move beyond the historic city centre into areas marked by change. The activities carried out over these years, together with the numerous projects – directly supported or promoted by the municipal administration through partnerships, but also implemented by private actors – have enabled, among other things, the creation and development of a genuine open-air museum.
